Self obsession!

So, I found this in another blog and I was like hey, what an awesome way to be all self-obsessed. So, this is mainly a ‘yay me’ post!!! The weak-hearted are advised to skip this!!!

Ten how’s:

1. How did you get one of your scars?

Okay, most of my scars were created due to my awesome cycling. The stories about those have been extensively circulated throughout my family and school. So here is a new one..

My friend and I were late for a movie and thanks to Murphy, the escalator that was in front of us went down while we wanted to go up. She said we could climb up in this one and she managed it quite easily. I too, momentarily forgetting myself, tried the same thing and ended up getting my legs hacked by the escalator!

P.S. We went for the next show!!!

2. How did you celebrate your last birthday?

Last birthday was nice! I turned 19, I got a DSLR as a gift, I had dinner in Radisson with Amma and Appa and Hannah and people wished me on Facebook though I had removed my birthday!!! Of course, there were a few people who forgot...and they faced my wrath!!

3. How are you feeling at this moment?

HAPPAY!!!!!!!!!!!! I generally feel that way!!!

4. How did your night go last night?

The usual. Phone, FB, Scenes from my favorite sappy movies, Reading, Dreaming, finally falling asleep!

5. How did you do in high school?

Good enough!!

6. How did you get the shirt you’re wearing?

It’s a tee. It was my brother’s. I stole it off when I came back from TVM. He doesn’t have a clue. Mwahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

7. How often do you see your best friends?

I play chauffeur for one of those idiots and she is in my coll and she sits next to me in class and I go to her place to fill my tummy. So.. all the time. The rest of the losers are in Chennai so I won’t be seeing them for another month L

8. How much money did you spend last month?

Lesser than usual. I got sick of outside food.. and an opinion rose that I was becoming fat.

9. How old do you want to be when you get married?

24!! Or 25 max!! After I get a job and get some money!

10. How old will you be at your next birthday?

20. Wowwwww… That sounds soooo cool!!!!

Padma. Short and sweet!!!

2. What did you do last weekend?

Watched a movie, slept a lot, lazed about.. Did not shop.

3. What is the most important part of your life?

People. I will go crazy without people around me to talk to me, bug me, get bugged with me, laugh at me, laugh with me…. You get the idea..!

4. What would you rather be doing?

Sitting in Bessi with BFFs and bitching about every person that walks past us!

Spilt milk! Haha.. Don’t remember.. I was PMSy so I probably cried over some sappy movie..

Temple. It always works!!!

7. What’s the most important thing you look for in a significant other?

Understanding. If he knows me well and I know him well and we accept it, then it is happily ever after!

My attendance. My Activa.

I skipped breakfast cuz I slept off!

Naah.. What will happen will happen and we will have to face it when it does! :D

Nope.. Amma doesn’t even have time to check her FB.. and Appa doesn’t need an extra reason to waste his time online.

1. Why are you best friends with your best friend?

They put up with my annoyingly happy moods, they don’t mind listening to the same statement over and over and OVER since the past 5 years, they respect my stupidity, they have all tolerated me sitting next to them in class, they keep me from being upset about stupid things.. and even after all this, they are really looking forward to me coming there!!

2. Why did you get into Blogging?

I was bored. I have a lotta vetti stuffs to say. I am an attention seeker.

3. Why did your parents give you the name you have?

That’s a very good question because apparently, many people wondered why they chose to name their daughter “Shyama” which means black. It was cuz they both had friends with that name and they really liked the name. I love them for naming me this cuz I think it’s SO COOL that my name means black and also, its Parvati’s name, as I later found out!!!

4. Why are you doing this survey?

Cuz I love talking about me! Yay!!!!

1. If you could have one super power what would it be?

Invisibility. I was just telling my friend this morning the awesome list of things I wanted to do after I become invisible!!!

Except a few bad haircuts, and some badly written tests.. absolutely nothing!!!!!

1. Are you happy with your life right now?

You know, weirdly, I am! I have a perfectly good excuse to be sad. Okay, not so perfectly good, cuz yeah, maybe I did fall.. but I fell on a cushion. I ll manage to climb back up!

So, like I said, I am really happy with life. I got an internship, that too, in Chennai. I am gonna see all my friends and other really important people. I am gonna click LOTSA pics in my new camera. I m gonna eat sadha dosai in Hot Chips, go to Bessi, Fruit Shop, Kovil..
